I recently purchased a used 2004 Audi A4 and have been having intermittent issues. Every other time I start the car the windows, horn, wipers, etc don't work. Every once in a while I'll get an audible beep and they'll start working in transit but this is not often. Any idea what it might be (relay, ignition switch, etc.). Thank you.
